About Captain Matt
Hello, my name is Matt and I am a Hilton Head Island native with roots planted deep in the marshes around Hilton Head and Bluffton.
My love for the water and all the things that call it home started at a very young age. My parents cut me loose on a small aluminum Jon boat at the age of 11 and the rest was history. Obsessed with exploring our local waters and fishing for anything I could, I haven’t been able to stop since. Even making regular trips home from Clemson University on the weekends and over holiday breaks to get my fill of the South Carolina Lowcountry.
I got my Captains License as soon as I turned 18 and have been running charters since, during breaks and summers away from school. This year will be my 8th full season taking clients on fishing trips that make their vacations special by creating lifelong memories.
Where We Are Located
We are located in Harbour Town on Hilton Head Island, you can find a sign next to the boat on the charter dock. Harbour Town is located inside the gates of Sea Pines Resort and they require you to pay a $9 gate fee upon entry.
Once you have made your way in find a place to park and walk towards the large red and white striped lighthouse and you will proceed past it towards the pier on the Calibogue Sound. On the pier there is the entrance for the charter dock, please call or text 843-338-8961 with any questions.
